Most times, the building of new facilities are on very tight deadlines, with the fear of late completion looming over you, the project manager. Your success usually hinges on speedy installation of massive HVAC, plumbing and electrical. We’ve solved the time dilemma by investing heavily in precise planning and off-site pre-fabrication. For example, a large school had a limited number or days to complete a massive expansion and HVAC update. Some contractors may have complained that there was not enough time to build the piping and HVAC system on site after the walls were built. But  Scarborough Mechanical took the challenge with the foresight and experience to intricately plan and pre-build the piping to such exacting tolerances, that our on-site people spent their valuable time installing rather than building.
